Biblical Touring

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a tour with Biblical Touring [BiblicalTouring.com] (“we,” “our,” “us”, or “company”), you (“client,” “guest,” or “participant”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Biblical Touring, and submission of your registration form implies full acceptance.

By confirming your booking with Biblical Touring, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge the financial responsibilities associated with the tour package you selected including late changes or cancellations.

2. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $300 per person. If a cancellation is made at least 181 days prior to the tour start date (departure date from your country of origin), guests are eligible for a full refund minus the $300 deposit. For cancellations made between 180 days and 91 days prior to the tour start date, are contingent on Biblical Touring having another guest(s) on the waiting list available to fill the spot(s), in which case a refund will be issued. There are no refunds for cancellations requested within 90 days prior to the tour start date. Travelers are strongly encouraged to consult their travel insurance provider, particularly if an optional cancellation coverage was purchased, to recover potential losses.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, and we highly recommend requesting a Return Receipt to confirm delivery. The refund process, where applicable, may take up to 30 business days. No partial refunds will be provided for unused services, or early departures, or late arrivals.

Please note that cancellation policies are designed to reflect the costs already incurred by us in arranging group tours such as airfare bookings, hotel accommodations, visa support, transportation, and guide allocations. These group arrangements are made months in advance, and changes at a later stage often involve costs that cannot be recovered.

In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient registrations), guests will receive either a full refund or be offered the option to transfer to an alternative tour. However, we are not responsible for losses involving flights, insurance, or personal arrangements made outside of our packages.

For your protection, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

In the case of cruises and day cruises, the ship may be changed due to operational reasons. Ports of call on cruises may be subject to alterations if weather conditions do not permit docking. Biblical Touring cannot be held responsible for such changes.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

The specific services included in each tour package are listed in detail under the respective tour descriptions on our website. These typically include accommodations, meals as outlined in the itinerary, entrance fees to scheduled sites, guided tours, and transportation during the tour. However, the exact inclusions may vary depending on the tour type and itinerary.

Likewise, exclusions such as international airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, beverages not included with meals, gratuities, optional excursions, and additional hotel services (e.g., laundry, mini-bar, or upgrades) are also stated within each tour listing.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to review the inclusions and exclusions prior to booking. Any service not explicitly mentioned as “included” should be assumed as excluded. Biblical Touring will not be held responsible for assumptions or misunderstandings regarding tour components that are not stated within the confirmed tour package.

Please note that some tours may offer additional features such as domestic flights, cooking lessons, or local experiences. These offerings are subject to the final itinerary and availability. The company reserves the right to modify included services without prior notice in cases of unforeseen circumstances or local conditions.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour package; however, we strongly recommend all participants obtain a comprehensive short-term travel insurance policy to safeguard their journey. Such coverage provides peace of mind and financial protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances including—but not limited to—trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, or interruptions due to weather or personal emergencies.

Please be aware that cancellations made within 3 months of the tour departure date are non-refundable, as stated in our cancellation policy. In these situations, your travel insurance may help you recover a portion or all of your expenses, depending on your policy terms. If you have opted for an insurance plan, we encourage you to review its coverage details carefully and to contact your provider promptly in the event of cancellation.

Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own insurance and ensuring that the policy meets the needs of international travel, particularly for destinations mentioned in the tour itinerary. The tour organizers will not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the absence of appropriate coverage. It is also advisable to carry a copy of your insurance documents with you during the tour for reference in case of emergencies.

5. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

Each traveler must hold a valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond the end date of the tour (the date you will be returning back to your country of origin). It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that all travel documentation — including passports, visas, and any required permits — is accurate, complete, and applicable for the destination(s) included in the tour.

If a visa is necessary based on your nationality, it should be obtained prior to the tour. Biblical Touring does not provide visa services and is not liable for any issues caused by missing or incorrect travel documents, including denied boarding, delays, or refusal of entry at immigration. No tour refunds will be issued due to such issues.

Once your flights are confirmed, please share your arrival and departure details with us to help coordinate airport transfers.

It is also advisable to check your country’s travel guidelines and the destination country’s entry policies ahead of your trip to stay informed of any changes that could affect your journey.

Please send us a photo of your passport, and of the visa, if you had to get a visa. Sending a digital photo is preferred via a secure transfer, otherwise a paper copy via the postal service is also acceptable. We recommend carrying photocopies of your passport, visa pages, and any essential IDs separately from the originals for security purposes.

6. Tour Extensions

Some of our tour packages offer optional tour extensions, which allow participants to enrich their travel experience by exploring additional destinations or biblical sites beyond the standard itinerary. These extensions are clearly mentioned under each applicable tour on our website, along with the duration, destinations covered, and associated costs.

Tour extensions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Pricing, accommodations, and inclusions for each extension are separate from the main tour and are detailed in the respective extension descriptions. Participants are encouraged to review this information carefully before confirming.

Please note:

By choosing to participate in a tour extension, the traveler agrees to the same Terms and Conditions that apply to the main tour itinerary.

7. Photography & Media Consent

By participating in a tour organized by Biblical Touring, each traveler grants permission for photographs, video recordings, and other visual/audio media to be captured throughout the journey. These may occur during site visits, group activities, mealtimes, or other communal experiences. The collected media may be used, without compensation, for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, brochures, social media platforms, press releases, presentations, and advertising campaigns. This usage may be for an indefinite period and may include domestic and international marketing efforts.

We respect personal preferences, and travelers who do not wish to appear in such materials may opt out by submitting a written request via email prior to the tour’s departure date. Please note that while we will make every reasonable effort to respect your privacy, we cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle group shots, crowd scenes, or incidental appearances in public settings where obtaining prior consent from all individuals is not feasible.

By joining the tour, participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media and acknowledge that Biblical Touring holds full ownership of the content produced during the tour. These materials will be used responsibly and in alignment with our mission to share the spiritual, cultural, and historical value of each journey.

8. Behavior & Conduct

Biblical Touring is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and spiritually uplifting environment for all travelers. As such, we reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour, without refund, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, unlawful, or poses a threat to the safety, comfort, or well-being of others. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, non-compliance with group instructions, or refusal to adhere to cultural, legal, or safety guidelines of the regions being visited. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any form of inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited during group activities, site visits, or while on transportation arranged by the Company. By joining the tour, all participants agree to uphold standards of respectful behavior, cooperate with tour staff and fellow travelers, and help maintain a peaceful atmosphere throughout the journey.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Biblical Touring acts solely is an intermediary between travelers and independent service providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation companies, airlines, tour guides, and other third-party vendors. While we take great care in selecting reputable partners, we do not own or operate any of these services and therefore cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expense incurred due to actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. Furthermore, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, or flight cancellations. Participation in any of our tours implies full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and the inherent risks of international travel.

10. Travel Information Submission

Each traveler booking through Biblical Touring is expected to provide complete and accurate travel-related information through the forms and fields available on our website during the registration process. This includes full name as per passport, valid contact information, arrival and departure flight details, and any special requests or accommodation preferences. The accuracy of this data is essential for organizing airport transfers, hotel check-ins, and other itinerary-related logistics. Failure to submit or update this information on time may lead to missed arrangements, for which Biblical Touring cannot be held responsible.

11. Health and Mobility Requirements

The tour schedule requires guests to walk using a moderate pace on uneven terrain (on average 1-3 miles per day). These tours are intended for individuals of reasonable good health and without serious physical disabilities. Should a guest has a preexisting medical or health issue that could influence the tour, they are asked to disclose that at the time of the registration. Biblical Touring reserves the right to accept or decline anyone as a participant if they are deemed to be medically unfit for this type of tour.

By submitting payment for the trip, you certify that you do not have any physical disabilities that might create a hazard for yourself or other participants. Biblical Touring assumes no liability regarding the provision of medical care or any special medical accommodations. It is the responsibility of the participant to check with their medical professionals to ensure that they are fit for the tour.

12. Lawful Consideration

AS LAWFUL CONSIDERATION for the agreement between the guest and Biblical Touring to participate in any of the Company’s tours, you hereby agree that you will not make a claim against Biblical Touring or sue for bodily injury, emotional trauma, death and/or property damage, however caused, as a result of your participation in the Biblical Touring tour(s). You therefore release Biblical Touring and all connected employees and staff from all claims, actions, and demands that you may have for bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from your participation in the trip. This Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks agreement is entered into on behalf of all members of your family including minors accompanying you. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal matters or disputes arising out of or relating to your use of Biblical Touring’s services will be handled in the appropriate courts of the state where Biblical Touring is legally registered. By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for any claims or disputes that may arise.

14. Modifications

Biblical Touring reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication. It is the responsibility of the guest to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services after changes are made indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
