- Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a tour with Biblical Touring [BiblicalTouring.com] (“we,” “our,” “us”, or “company”), you (“client,” “guest,” or “participant”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Biblical Touring, and submission of your registration form implies full acceptance.
By confirming your booking with Biblical Touring, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge the financial responsibilities associated with the tour package you selected including late changes or cancellations.
2. Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $300 per person. If a cancellation is made at least 181 days prior to the tour start date (departure date from your country of origin), guests are eligible for a full refund minus the $300 deposit. For cancellations made between 180 days and 91 days prior to the tour start date, are contingent on Biblical Touring having another guest(s) on the waiting list available to fill the spot(s), in which case a refund will be issued. There are no refunds for cancellations requested within 90 days prior to the tour start date. Travelers are strongly encouraged to consult their travel insurance provider, particularly if an optional cancellation coverage was purchased, to recover potential losses.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, and we highly recommend requesting a Return Receipt to confirm delivery. The refund process, where applicable, may take up to 30 business days. No partial refunds will be provided for unused services, including but not limited to missed meals, unvisited sites, unused accommodations, early departures, or late arrivals.
Please note that cancellation policies are designed to reflect the costs already incurred by us in arranging group tours such as airfare bookings, hotel accommodations, visa support, transportation, and guide allocations. These group arrangements are made months in advance, and changes at a later stage often involve costs that cannot be recovered.
In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient registrations), guests will receive either a full refund or be offered the option to transfer to an alternative tour. However, we are not responsible for losses involving flights, insurance, or personal arrangements made outside of our packages.
For your protection, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
In the case of cruises and day cruises, the ship route may be changed due to operational geopolitical or other reasons. Ports of call on cruises may be subject to alterations if weather conditions do not permit docking. Biblical Touring cannot be held responsible for such changes.
3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Likewise, exclusions such as international airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, beverages not included with meals, gratuities, optional excursions, and additional hotel services (e.g., laundry, mini-bar, or upgrades) are also stated within each tour listing.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to review the inclusions and exclusions prior to booking. Any service not explicitly mentioned as “included” should be assumed as excluded. Biblical Touring will not be held responsible for assumptions or misunderstandings regarding tour components that are not stated within the confirmed tour package.
Please note that some tours may offer additional features such as domestic flights, cooking lessons, or local experiences. These offerings are subject to the final itinerary and availability. The company reserves the right to modify included services without prior notice in cases of unforeseen circumstances or local conditions.
4. Travel Insurance
Please be aware that cancellations made within 3 months of the tour departure date are non-refundable, as stated in our cancellation policy. In these situations, your travel insurance may help you recover a portion or all of your expenses, depending on your policy terms. If you have opted for an insurance plan, we encourage you to review its coverage details carefully and to contact your provider promptly in the event of cancellation.
Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own insurance and ensuring that the policy meets the needs of international travel, particularly for destinations mentioned in the tour itinerary. The tour organizers will not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the absence of appropriate coverage. It is also advisable to carry a copy of your insurance documents with you during the tour for reference in case of emergencies.
5. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
If a visa is necessary based on your nationality, it should be obtained prior to the tour. Biblical Touring does not provide visa services and is not liable for any issues caused by missing or incorrect travel documents, including denied boarding, delays, or refusal of entry at immigration. No tour refunds will be issued due to such issues.
Once your flights are confirmed, please share your arrival and departure details with us to help coordinate airport transfers.
It is also advisable to check your country’s travel guidelines and the destination country’s entry policies ahead of your trip to stay informed of any changes that could affect your journey.
Please send us a photo of your passport, and of the visa, if you had to get a visa. Sending a digital photo is preferred via a secure transfer, otherwise a paper copy via the postal service is also acceptable. We recommend carrying photocopies of your passport, visa pages, and any essential IDs separately from the originals for security purposes.
6. Tour Extensions
Some of our tour packages offer optional tour extensions, which allow participants to enrich their travel experience by exploring additional destinations or biblical sites beyond the standard itinerary. These extensions are clearly mentioned under each applicable tour on our website, along with the duration, destinations covered, and associated costs.
Tour extensions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Pricing, accommodations, and inclusions for each extension are separate from the main tour and are detailed in the respective extension descriptions. Participants are encouraged to review this information carefully before confirming.
Please note:
- All terms related to payment, cancellation, and refunds for extensions follow the same policy as the primary tour unless otherwise stated.
- Biblical Touring reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour extension due to lack of minimum participants, operational limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Inclusions and exclusions for extensions may vary and will be provided during the booking process or in writing prior to departure.
7. Photography & Media Consent
We respect personal preferences, and travelers who do not wish to appear in such materials may opt out by submitting a written request via email prior to the tour’s departure date. Please note that while we will make every reasonable effort to respect your privacy, we cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle group shots, crowd scenes, or incidental appearances in public settings where obtaining prior consent from all individuals is not feasible.
By joining the tour, participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media and acknowledge that Biblical Touring holds full ownership of the content produced during the tour.
